Position Summary:
We are seeking skilled Corporate Recruiters with experience with niche recruiting to identify and attract top-tier talent for various positions including financial services, business development, marketing, data, and leadership positions. This is a remote position, but not a passive one: we are looking for candidates who are proactive, engaged and responsive. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative team and play a vital role in our company expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your industry, candidate, and research knowledge to proactively source and identify exceptional candidates.
- Leverage various channels and platforms to provide full-cycle recruiting.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting team to conduct company and position research, in order to provide successful and timely candidate sourcing.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of potential candidates, evaluating their skills, experiences, and cultural fit with our organization.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate expectations, and facilitate offer negotiations, ultimately leading to successful onboarding.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for identifying top-performing professionals capable of driving business growth and innovation.
- Own the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for both the team and candidates.
- Handle confidential candidate and company information with the highest level of discretion.
- Completion of BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, English, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience conducting niche hiring for variety of roles including business development, financial services, marketing, and technical roles.
- Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, ATS, and other platforms and strategies to identify, engage, and track potential candidates.
- Additional experience or interest in Human Resources initiatives, a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both the Hiring Managers and candidates, showcasing your ability to articulate opportunities and tailor messages to different audiences.
- Proven track record of achieving recruitment goals and delivering quality talent within tight deadlines.
